Dr. Vartika Dutta serves as an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at IIM Amritsar, where she is a driving force in advancing executive education and leadership excellence. She currently heads the Executive MBA program at IIM Amritsar. She holds a PhD in Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, with her research focusing on leadership and executive coaching. With extensive experience in academia and the corporate sector, Dr. Dutta has previously contributed as an Assistant Professor at the Goa Institute of Management. She brings a wealth of practical expertise, having held pivotal roles in training and development at renowned financial and skill development organizations.
