Dr. Srilalitha R is currently an Assistant Professor (OB/HRM/Analytics) in SRM Institute of Science and Technology. Prior to joining SRM, she was a Research Associate at Great Lakes Institute of Management. She has domain and research expertise in the areas OB/HRM and Managerial Psychology. She has worked in Calibrace and Tecknoweld Alloys as HR executive. She holds a PhD in Management Studies from Department of Management Studies, Anna University. She is FDP alumni of IIM Kozhikode, Aug 2015 batch. She has worked on Indian Government MSME HRD project for a period of 90 days. She has presented papers in National Level conferences and conducted research seminars on the topic HR Analytics and Bibliometric analysis using R software.
