Dr. Garima Saxena is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Madras, whose scholarly oeuvre traverses the intricate interstices of behavioral science, organizational studies, and social entrepreneurship. Armed with a doctorate in Behavioral Science and HRM & Entrepreneurship from Banaras Hindu University, she has cultivated over a decade of academic and industry experience marked by intellectual rigor and praxis-oriented engagement.
