Dr. Moruf Akanni Adebakin is an accomplished academic, researcher, and senior administrator with over 32 years of experience in higher education. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behaviour and has a distinguished career that includes roles as a Chief Lecturer in Business Administration, Director, Center for Human Resource Development at Yaba College of Technology, and an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Lagos. His contemporary approach to academia is highlighted by his expertise in leveraging artificial intelligence tools for teaching and research, supported by certifications in AI ethics and cybersecurity. His academic leadership is demonstrated by his two terms as Deputy Rector (Administration) and two terms as a member of the Governing Council at Yaba College of Technology. Dr. Adebakin’s expertise is recognized nationally through his work as a Resource Person for the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). His professional standing is further evidenced by his fellowships with the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM) and the African Association of Entrepreneurs. He is also a full member of the Academy of Management Nigeria, a member of the National Association of Artificial Intelligence Practitioners, and a chartered member of the Association of Cybersecurity Professionals in Nigeria. As a published author, I have contributed to several academic publications on Organizational Behavior and Management and Artificial Intelligence use in Higher Education Institutions.
