Biography

Opeyemi Adedosu is a doctoral researcher at Brunel University of London, wellbeing practitioner, and multidisciplinary professional with expertise spanning criminal justice, technology, innovation, and organisational development. He holds a BA (Hons) in Youth Justice with a focus on Criminal Justice from the University of Suffolk, a BSc (Hons) in Computing and IT from The Open University, and an MSc in Technology Management from The Open University. His academic and professional interests centre on innovation, entrepreneurship, technology management, sustainable development, and organisational effectiveness. Opeyemi’s research explores how innovation can be leveraged to address social, economic, and institutional challenges, particularly within emerging and resource-constrained environments. He has a particular interest in frugal innovation, inclusive development, and the role of entrepreneurship in improving outcomes for underserved communities across Sub-Saharan Africa. His work examines how affordable, locally driven, and context-sensitive solutions can promote resilience, economic inclusion, and sustainable growth. Combining expertise in criminal justice, information technology, and technology management, Opeyemi brings an interdisciplinary perspective to research and practice. His work bridges academic scholarship and real-world application, contributing insights that inform policy, organisational strategy, innovation management, and community development.
