Biography

Sadia is a doctoral student at the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Her research explores strategy as practice, corporate venture capital, and innovation, focusing on how strategy is enacted through daily practices, cognitive frames, and human capital within organizations. Using Strategy-as-Practice, Attention-Based View, and Upper Echelons perspectives, she examines how micro-level strategizing and managerial competencies influence investment decisions and innovation outcomes. She is also interested in the impact of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, on current strategizing processes.
