Biography

I am working as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance and have earned a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). I hold a PhD in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from the University of Bradford, where I explored investment–cashflow sensitivities and workforce dynamics in UK SMEs. With over 14 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, I have published in peer-reviewed journals, including Corporate Governance and Tourism Management Perspectives (CABS 2*). My current research explores SME finance, corporate governance, investment behaviour, and interdisciplinary approaches to accounting and economics.
