My work explores the intersection between ethics, gender, and leadership credibility. Founder of People for Success, HealthKind, and Expand Now - a registered charity that builds the confidence of women and girls through free leadership and wellbeing programs. I am also a published poet and author of The Unfolding, a collection of poetry exploring love, spirituality, compassion, and self-awareness in the human experience.
My MRes research, The Ethics Penalty, builds on three decades of practitioner experience to examine how gendered moral evaluations constrain women’s authority and contribute to the moral crisis in leadership.
