Biography
Marcus Ekure is a Doctoral research student and a Tutor at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing Communication and nearing completion of his second doctorate in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and Social Innovation. Ekure's consulting experience is extensive and varied, encompassing areas such as brand management, political consultancy, and entrepreneurial support, both for individuals and organizations across diverse sectors. He is currently researching on Rural and Barefoot Entrepreneurship in a bid to proffer suatainable solution to poverty in low income rurality contexts using a model he is developing: Mobile Empowerment Train Rural Entrepreneurship Development Strategy, (MeTrEds).
