Biography
I am Director of the Leadership & Organizational Development Program and Associate Professor of Organizational Studies. My primary research interests center around understanding the work related behaviors and attitudes necessary for an increasingly complex world. This includes exploring topics such as leadership, engagement, adaptive/proactive behaviors, and leadership development. My degrees are M.S. Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Missouri State University and Ph.D. Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Saint Louis University.
