I am a Business Lecturer with over five years’ experience in higher education. My academic portfolio includes module leadership and dissertation supervision where I support students in producing rigorous, research-informed work. I am also a member of the British Academy of Management (BAM) and the Institute of Leadership, and I actively engage with professional communities that promote responsible management and leadership development.
I hold a doctorate specialising in female entrepreneurship, which represents my primary research focus. My broader research interests include entrepreneurship, innovation and North Africa studies, particularly the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems within emerging and transitional economies. My work seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of gender, context and opportunity in shaping entrepreneurial activity.
