I further enriched my profile by dealing/researching with different human rights aspects including refugee issues and working with community issues in multi-ethnic environment. Academic Employment History Academic Dean (March, 2024) - Elizabeth School of London (ESL) to run franchise Courses for different Universities and group of colleges, where apart from lecturing, I have to design curriculum; monitor classes and courses; internally verify students’ works; Peer/Management review, Appraise staff, do quality control; liaise with the University staff and external reference Points; face EV visits; overall development; other necessary work for the smooth journey of these Courses with the fullest accountability. Recruit lecturers and supervise external campuses are becoming an increasing part of my job. I also work as an Exam Controller. As a new organisation for such academic operation, I took the challenge with ‘Can Do’ confidence. I was able to make differences by bringing significant amount of success towards this operation. Since day one in ESL HE on 20 Sept, 2021, I have been working as the Programme Leader for Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) programme; then I simultaneously became the Programme Leader for Bath Spa University (BSU) and St. Mary’s University (SMU) programmes since February, 2022. Later I became the Academic Manager for all above three Programmes. Since 1 March 2024, I became Academic Dean for CCCU Programme. Since January, 2025, I have been promoted as the Academic Dean for all five HE Programmes in ESL. I am assigned to co-work for OfS Project to conduct calibration and collaborating all Academics and Campus Academic Managers over 12 site campuses across the UK. Senior Lecturer for CCCU programme (Nov, 2021 till to date): I work as a lecturer for different Business and Law modules, take tutorial; organise seminars and workshops; arrange outdoor trips and external lecturers. I take written exams and viva; I mark students’ scripts and per the University guideline; I do internal verification; I also organise events for the students. Senior Lecturer for BSU programme: (Feb, 2022 till to date): I provide interactive lecturer with different activities to teach the Module and life with British value, simultaneously focus on exam; motivate the students for academic and career success; take tutorial; organise seminars and workshops; mark students’ scripts and internal verify those as per BSU policy. I design Module curriculum. Chief Moderator: I am honoured to be the Chief Moderator in ESL. Apart from direct moderating of students’ works, I do sample check of Lead Moderators. I regularly train Lecturers, Assessors and Lead Assessors for all ESL Programmes. Course Leader (from June 2018 – Sept 2021)for BA (Hons.) Business (Top-up), London Metropolitan University (LMU) Programme for Nelson College London (NCL) since August 2019. I have been lecturing ‘Business Strategy, Business Operation, Research Project, Business Futures, Issues in Human Resources Management’; Lecturing for BA (Hons.) Hospitality Management (Top-up).Following the LMU programme, I design the Course, prepare relevant documents, prepare Lecture Slides/Handouts and other materials; I mark the Assessments and internally moderate those; I train junior/new colleagues, members of academic team, attend relevant LMU meeting and develop the Course. I liaise with the External Reference Point including the main University Board, External Examiner, OfS; I reward the students; I provide personal academic tuition and pastoral support for students. Principal Lecturer provide AIFG (Advice, Information and Guidance) for alumni students. I actively assist the Academic Manager for recruitment of academic staff in our team and students for different LMU courses. Module Leader for PEARSON (HND – Business), the NCL. Since January 2014; I used to teach Managing Communication, MSBP, Marketing Essentials, BBE, HR, Research Project, HRM, Management & Operations, Working with and Leading People, Personal & Professional Development, DITO, OMB, OB, HR – VCOS, PNS etc.I mark and internally verify the student’s works. Law Units: Aspects of Contract and Negligence for Business (ACNB), Business Law and other Law Units. Registrar and Lecturer for European College of Law – (June 2016 – January 2018) - and member of Academic & Management Committee. I used to teach Law and Business Units for ATHE and OCR. I was also heading the staff and worked as a Trainee HR staff. Dealing with the students and liaising the Awarding Organisations and other external executive organization were my main responsibility. Lecturer for ATS Group (Futures College, Westminster College) (Sept 2014 –May, 2018).I have been working as a key worker &lecturer. Principal for London College of Business Management and Computing Studies (Highly Trusted College), (Oct, 2012 – June, 2015): While heading the academic and admin team, I had been the Key contact for the Home Office and all Awarding Organisations. I had also been teaching, assessing, invigilating, IV-ing,dealing with the students' and staff’s complaints. I managed the Registry Team and control the exams. Lecturer for London St. Andrew’s College (Highly Trusted), (Sept 11- Dec, 12):I had joined as a Student Welfare Officer. I worked for the Registry Team and later, I became the Course Coordinator for the ACCA. I had been lecturing Business Law and Corporate Law (F4); subsequently, the internal Exam Coordinator for ICM&ACCA. I became a key worker for policy making, liaise with external reference points and quality assurance. I was also responsible for students’ pastoral support and extracurricular activities. Office Manager (part time) for KW Insurance. I have been working as the, I liaised with clients and relevant Insurers/investigators, followed up to protect the fair and appropriate interest of the clients. Caseworker for HK Solicitors, Morden (March - June 09), where duties involved representing the client in immigration, family, personal injuries, civil litigation matters. I occasionally discharged reception duties, customer service, sales promotion and admin duties. Outdoor representation had been involved. Supervisor for Dash Linen Services Ltd. (Sept 06- Feb 2008). I had been responsible for mainly the legal (resolution legal complications among staffs and managements, and/or external bodies) & employment issues. Dealt with all human rights practice & researches (asylums, immigration, ECO etc.) issues. I was specialized in Managed Migration and assisted for Courts including Judicial Review. A lot of outdoor duties including Court representations, legal visits involved. Specialist Case Worker for Raja & Co. Solicitors (Jan 01 to Nov,05), in ‘Immigration & Human Rights Division'. I was specialised in ECO appeals (preparing grounds, Statements of Additional Grounds, Witness statement, Chronology, Skeleton Arguments, objective bundles etc.) I assisted in Criminal, Civil, Family and Conveyance matters. Kiev Law Firm, in Ukraine as a Legal Practitioner (1996-98), where main responsibilities were to deal with legal and social problems for physical and judiciary persons, to deal with the Ministry, Universities & foreign Embassies/NGOs. Eastland Ltd (1995-98), Managing Director, where duties were promoting the sales. I had to conduct all sorts of admin & legal duties including export and import liaise with the big firms. Lecturer for Kiev State University, Ukraine, (93 – 97), where main responsibilities were to deliver lectures, give examination and to verify the examination papers and to mark their essays provide scientific seminars; and organise International Students’ Conferences. I used to assist the Dean for the foreign students. Non-Academic Job: Interpreting Jobs: Refugee Council, UK: I have been working since March 2002 as an Interpreter and Translator for this establishment. In person & Online works for adult, under-aged and specialist clients (offenders, patients, clients of special Psychological needs etc), where strict confidentiality and efficiency is required. Waterloo NHS - This is a Community Counselling Centre, where most of the patients are of special psychological needs. Here the works are to be done strictly confidentiality, as the issues are highly sentimental. Catering job Experience: I gained firm experience from Restaurant and Catering industry for waiting, reception, customer service, HR, barman, quality controlling and management skills since 1999. I had been working in Bristol (The Ganges), Cambridge (Tandoori Mahal), Swindon (Khaybar Pass), Trowbridge (Mughal), New Malden &Reigate (Lal Akash), Morden (Princess of India), London, May Fair (Gordon Ramsay –Maze and Petrus, Michelin Restaurant), Marcos Wareing, Two-Michelin Restaurant).
