Biography

Professor and researcher in the Department of Accounting at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). She is a RENACYT -accredited researcher and holds a PhD in Education from PUCP. She earned an MBA from Tulane University (USA) and a Global MBA from Centrum-PUCP and holds undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Universidad del Pacífico (Perú). She has over 35 years of professional experience and teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She completed the Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning at Harvard Business School (Boston, USA). Her academic work engages with management education, learning processes, and student development in higher education contexts. Her research interests include social entrepreneurial intention, informal business practices, education, and accounting. She has published in indexed peer-reviewed journals and has presented internationally at conferences related to education, accounting and social impact entrepreneurship. She is the author of Bodegus, a serious educational game with intellectual property recognition from Indecopi (Peru).
