I am an Associate Professor, Data Scientist, and AI Strategist, passionate about bridging academia and industry to make AI practical, accessible, and impactful. With a PhD in Human Resource Management and over a decade of experience in research, teaching, and corporate trainings, I help HR professionals, leaders, and educators unlock the potential of AI and data-driven insights to transform work, learning, and decision-making. As the CEO of SQ Training & Consultancy, I design and deliver specialized programs such as AI for HR Professionals, AI for Leaders, AI for Educators, and HR Analytics. I am particularly known for my HR Analytics trainings, where I equip professionals and students with practical, hands-on skills to leverage data for workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR decision-making. In addition to corporate trainings, I actively contribute to academia as a researcher, supervisor, and mentor. My publications and conference presentations highlight my expertise in HRM, leadership,AI, employee well-being, analytics, and the future of work.
