Biography
A lecturer in Business Management, fellow of Advance HE and a PhD in Business and Management from Ulster University. My core academic background has been in interdisciplinary studies involving economics, management, and accounting. My primary research is focused on the economics of innovation, organisational development, and corporate governance. My current study investigated innovations in credit unions using mixed-methods approach, underpinned by a triangulation of economics and management theories.
