Biography

Rida Zaman is a PhD researcher in Management at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Her research focuses on algorithmic management, digital labour platforms, the future of work, and the implications of AI-enabled management for workers and employment relationships. Her work examines issues including procedural fairness, worker voice, contestability, sustainable careers, and human–algorithm interactions, with particular attention to emerging-economy contexts. She is interested in understanding how digital technologies reshape work, organisations, and employee experiences.
