Thi Thuy Na, Dinh is a lecturer at The University of Danang-University of Economics in Vietnam. She is currently pursuing a PhD in the Department of Business Adminitration at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. Her research interests focus on leadership, organizational behavior, employee outcomes and human resource management. She has published papers in the Journal of Asia – Pacific Economic Review, and has presented at international conference such as: International Symposium on Economics and Social Science in Kyoto, Japan; the International Conference proceeding Marketing in the connected Age in Danang, Vietnam; the International Conference on Management and Business in Danang, Vietnam.
