Biography

PhD candidate in Administration and Controllership at the Faculty of Economics, Administration, Actuarial Science and Accounting - FEAAC - UFC (2022-2026). Sandwich PhD in progress at the University of Santiago, Chile - USACH (September 2025 to February 2026). Researcher at the Laboratory for Studies in Competitiveness and Sustainability (LECOS). Former Coordinator of the Administration Course, Cerrados do Alto Parnaíba Campus - Uruçuí (January 2020 - April 2021). Master's degree in Administration and Controllership from the Faculty of Economics, Administration, Actuarial Science and Accounting of the Federal University of Ceará FEAAC - UFC (2017 - 2019). Specialist in Financial Administration from the Regional University of Cariri - URCA (2015). Holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the Federal University of Ceará - UFC (2013). His research interest encompass financial and budgetary administration, strategic planning for territories, public administration and climate change, water governance.
