Biography
Dr. Tony Nguyen’s research centers on leadership and organizational behavior. He has contributed to a range of projects examining how leadership shapes key employee outcomes, including knowledge hiding, turnover intention, and employee voice. His work has been published in several high-impact journals, including Knowledge Management Research & Practice, Tourism Management Perspectives, International Journal of Strategic Communication, Management Research Review, and Journal of Management Development.
