Anuj Bharadwaj Rajpoot Ph.D. Candidate (Submitted), Electrical Engineering Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Madras, Chennai, India Anuj Rajpoot is a doctoral researcher at IIT Madras specialising in organic electronics, microelectronics, and semiconductor device engineering. His PhD thesis, submitted in 2026, focuses on reliability-oriented device engineering of organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs), covering device scaling, advanced microfabrication, and reliability physics. He holds an M.Tech. in Solid State Technology from IIT Madras (2013) and an M.Sc. in Electronics from CSJM University, Kanpur (2010). His core technical contributions include the development of the PIC/IPC OTFT geometry, CMOS-compatible bi-layer resist lithography on soft polymer dielectrics enabling sub-2 µm patterning, and systematic bias-stress and interface-trap analysis with compact model extraction. He has published in Q1 journals including Applied Physics Letters (2024) and IEEE Electron Device Letters (2023), and holds multiple international patents via the PCT route, including two granted Indian patents. Beyond his doctoral work, Anuj co-founded two IIT Madras-incubated technology ventures — RF Wavetek Pvt. Ltd. and QuantIN EcoTech Pvt. Ltd. — translating laboratory research into prototype-validated systems. He is a recipient of the SERB-ITS International Travel Grant (Government of India, 2023) and ranked in the top 5% of his cohort across all prior academic programmes.
