Roger is Visiting Professor of Leadership Studies at Durham University Business School, Durham University, UK, and an independent scholar. He previously served as Professor of Business Administration (Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources Management) and Director of Executive Development Programmes and subsequently as Visiting Professor of Leadership Studies at the University of Strathclyde Business School in the UK, Director of the joint Strathclyde/Leadership Trust MBA in Leadership Studies programme, at the State University of New York at Binghamton, USA, and as Director of the Research Centre for Leadership Studies at the Leadership Trust in the UK. Roger has also worked as a human resources manager in the UK and as a management consultant in the UK, USA, Russia, Middle East and Far East, including 10 years based in Singapore. Roger is a UK Chartered Psychologist and a graduate of the universities of Oxford, Liverpool and Bradford.
