He is widely recognised for his expertise in economic and financial crime investigations, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and compliance, with a proven track record of strengthening institutional resilience and promoting sound governance practices in highly regulated environments. He holds a PhD in Risk Management from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California, and has undertaken extensive professional development in compliance and financial crime prevention.
