Biography

Lateef Olusesi is a Ph.D student at the University of Greater Manchester in the United Kingdom. Between 2018 and 2022, he served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. He is a diligent scholar and seasoned professional interested in Green Human Resource Management Practices and Sustainable Leadership. With a wide educational background and considerable experience in academic and industry, he offers a distinct combination of academic knowledge and practical competence to his research. He holds a Distinction in MSc Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK. Also, a Distinction in MSc Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria, and a First Class Honor in BSc Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Osun State University, Osun State, Nigeria. He has expanded on these abilities and experiences as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK, Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, and Associate Member of the Institute of Management Leadership and Productivity. Since 2018, he has been a frequent speaker at national and international conferences. He is currently a business tutor at the Edinburgh Napier University International College.
