Dr. Ray Tak-yin Hui is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Roehampton. He earned his PhD in Organizational Behavior and Management from City University of Hong Kong. Before joining Roehampton, he held academic positions at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, University of Macau, Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, Open University of Hong Kong, and Nagoya University of Commerce and Business. His research interests focus on leadership, employee development, training and coaching, work motivation and adaptation, as well as the application of new technologies in human resource management.
