Biography

Radita Sonix is a practitioner with more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience across multinational and multi-segment industrial businesses, including ABB, Schneider Electric, and a GE representative, particularly in business development, marketing, sales, strategy, and organisational leadership. Alongside his corporate career, he has been actively involved in executive education, with engagements spanning government ministries, state-owned enterprises, and various private-sector organisations in Indonesia, with his brand IQ DEVPRO (https://iq.devpro.id) He is a PhD Candidate and a researcher at Monash University, focusing on the emerging shift brought by AI into leadership and organisations, particularly how AI is changing decision-making, authority, and the way we understand leadership itself. Beyond academia, he serves as Quad Helix Committee Vice Chair at the Indonesia AI Society (IAIS), Director of Knowledge Centre & Outreach at Mensa Indonesia, and Director of Network & Partnership at the Centre for Gifted and Talented Indonesia. He is also professionally engaged with the British Academy of Management (BAM), Indonesia Marketing Association (IMA), Indonesia Electrical Society (MKI), and Indonesia Renewables Society (METI)
