Dr. Wen-Shan Lin is an associate professor at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan R.O.C. She obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Manchester, U.K. Her research interests include electronic commerce, information systems management, and knowledge management.
