Biography

Risgiyanti is a PhD student at the University of Twente, the Netherlands. She is also a lecturer and researcher at Universitas Sebelas Maret, Indonesia. Her current PhD project is about the microfoundations of organizational agility, particularly how leadership influences agility at the individual and team levels, and how agility at these levels influences performance and innovation, using a multilevel, mixed-method study design.
