Biography

Nwosu Chinwe Ebere is a Lecturer in Business and DBA researcher at Glasgow Caledonian University, UK. Her research explores developing a process management framework for sustaining educational social enterprises in the Global South. She holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor's in HRM. As an impact researcher, her core interest spans social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial pedagogy, startup growth strategies, HRM and organisational behaviour, SME development, and information management. She is the author of “Revamp: What to Do When You Don’t Know What to Do”
