Dr. Theresa A. Chika-James is an Associate Professor of Management and Organizational Behaviour at MacEwan University School of Business. She currently serves as an Associate Dean for Research, International and Community Engagement. She conducts research related to organizational change, interpersonal mistreatment and management education (service-learning). Prior to joining MacEwan University, Theresa facilitated the learning experiences of undergraduate and postgraduate students at Cardiff University, Wales, UK. There, she taught a range of topics relating to management, organization and employment, and was certified an Associate Fellow of the UK AdvanceHE (previously UK Higher Education Academy).
