Biography
Patricia Lewis is Professor of Management in the Kent Business School, University of Kent specialising in gender and entrepreneurship and gender and leadership. Her current research draws on postfeminism as a critical analytic device to investigate the gendered aspects of entrepreneurship and leadership. She has published widely in a range of journals and was Co-Editor of the journal Gender, Work and Organization 2018-2020 and is currently editor of the International Small Business Journal. She is Co-Conference Chair for BAM 2025 and is one of the track convenors for the Gender in Management Special Interest Group
