Biography

Dr Easton Simenti-Phiri is a lecturer in International Business and Strategy at the University of Salford. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education science from the University of Malawi, an MSc in Marketing Management from the University of Salford and a PhD in Political marketing from the University of Chester in the UK. He also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher and Professional Education. He is a Fellow of Advance HE (formerly Higher Education Academy) and a Fellow of the Academy of Marketing Science. His research interests are in the areas of Political marketing and branding, international marketing, International Business and Strategy, Project Management and Digital Projects, Planning and Control, International Business in Digital Age and Economy, Sustainability and green projects, managing risks in Business, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation and in leadership and management across cultures
