Biography
Grazia Garlatti Costa, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor (RTD-A) of Organizational Studies at the University of Trieste (Italy), Department of Economics, Business, Mathematics, and Statistics (DEAMS). Trained in business and administration at the University of Udine, she received her Ph.D. degree in 2021. Her teaching areas embrace Organizational Studies, Human Resources Management, and Innovation Management. Her research interests include work-life balance and employees’ well-being, remote working, gender equity, creativity and innovation management and circular ecosystems.
