Biography

Dr. Andrews Doeh Agblobi is a distinguished lecturer in the Department of Economics and Actuarial Science at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). At UPSA, Dr. Agblobi has Chaired and been a member of several new academic program development such as MSc Pensions Management, Public Procurement Management and MSc Investment Banking and Finance (in progress). He has also been a member of development of MBA Business Finance teaching manual for Distance Learning. He has a notable record of leading and teaching in various courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including Economics, Investment and Portfolio Management, Pension Economics, Financing Pension Schemes, Comparative Pension Systems, Pension Fund Management, and Real Estate Finance. Dr. Agblobi earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi. He obtained his Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics and Finance through a collaborative program between the University of Southern Denmark, Odense in Denmark and the Helsinki School of Economics, in Finland.
