I am a lecturer in Personal Development and Organisational Behaviour as well as a Director of Academic Tutoring.
My research expertise lie in the following areas:
Intersectional research: Exploring the experience of Black female leaders in leadership development, identity work and career advancement.
Action research: Applying research findings to create meaningful change by improving the lived experiences of Black female leaders in the workplace. This involves raising awareness and working closely with senior practitioners, policy makers and interest groups.
In addition I have several years of experience working across Germany, Nigeria and the UK. Prior to joining HCL I worked in career consultation, professional services and the banking sector.
