Prof Lynsey Hollywood is Manager of the Food & Drink Business Development Centre at Ulster University Business School, where she leads industry-engaged research and innovation initiatives supporting local and international food businesses. She holds a PhD in Food Marketing and previously served as Lecturer in Business Strategy and Research Fellow at Queen’s University Belfast. A Principal Investigator on multiple safefood and Food Standards Agency projects, her research focuses on food marketing, consumer behaviour, food safety culture and retail policy. Employing mixed-method approaches, she supervises doctoral research in marketing, consumer insight and food poverty, contributing to management scholarship and practice within the agri-food sector.
