Felippe de Medeiros Oliveira completed his PhD in Management at Bayes Business School, City, University of London, and holds an MSc in Strategy from Insper. His research interests center on organizational change and managerial practices through the lens of social choice, exploring themes such as collective decision-making, community-based organizing, and social movements. His work has been published in journals including Research in the Sociology of Organisations (RSO), the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, and Harvard Business Review Brazil. Prior to academia, Felippe accumulated over fifteen years of experience in multinational enterprises and six years as a lead advisor for SMEs across various industries.
