Biography

Dr. (cand.) Ransford Kennedy Gyimah is a Doctoral candidate in Business Administration at Teesside University, United Kingdom. His research is informed by a distinguished career in public sector finance and administration in Ghana, where he served as a Director, Budget Analyst, and Economic Planner for District Assemblies. In recognition of his contributions to public service, he was nationally honoured as the Best Local Government Service Staff in 2024. His professional portfolio is complemented by over a decade of leadership experience and an MBA in Finance from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). More recently, Mr. Gyimah has expanded his practical expertise into the UK health and social care sector, holding certifications in the Care Certificate standards and health, safety, and environment practices. His research interests are shaped by this unique intersection of high-level public administration, financial management, and community-focused service, exploring themes of organisational efficiency, leadership, and person-centred service delivery
