I am currently working as a Lecturer in Strategy and International Business at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London. I received my PhD from the University of Dublin (Trinity College Ireland). Prior to my current affiliation, I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Swansea University and Dublin City University, and Lecturer in Management at Monash University (Malaysian Campus). My research interests lie at the intersection of Strategy and International Business. I was invited to present papers at several internationally recognized Conferences and Colloquiums in the US, Canada, Thailand, Germany, Italy, Sweden and other locations. One of my research papers has been nominated for the Best Paper Award in the Academy of Management Conference 2021 within Gender and Entrepreneurship track. In addition to conference proceedings, I have published widely in several prestigious journals across disciplinary areas such as Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Marketing Review, Critical Perspectives on International Business, Journal of International Entrepreneurship, and Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration. I have been awarded the Emerald Literati Awards 2020 for my research published in Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration. Moreover, I hold the Fellowship of the Commercial Education Society of Australia (FCES), and that I have been an active member of a number of scholars’ forums, including Academy of Management, European International Business Academy and the International Entrepreneurship Scholars’ network throughout my academic career.
