Board-level leader with a robust background in spearheading global initiatives at the nexus of technology and entrepreneurship. Over the past decade, significant leadership has driven impactful change and fostered robust business ecosystems, empowering nearly 900 companies across Europe, the Nordics, the US, Hong Kong, China, and Asia. As a serial entrepreneur, facilitated innovation and collaboration across borders, bridging diverse tech communities and enhancing regional tech ecosystems. These initiatives have not only expanded business opportunities but have also played a crucial role in shaping technology policy and entrepreneurial spirit on an international scale. Driven by a commitment to address and reverse the challenges faced by female entrepreneurs— challenges exacerbated by migration, societal shifts, and evolving social statuses—focus has been directed towards creating supportive environments that enhance female leadership within the tech industry. With a deep understanding of the dynamics that influence entrepreneurship, especially for women, there is a strong aspiration to further this impact through focused research on "Cross-Cultural Dynamics and Gender Leadership in Tech." This proposed study aims to utilize an integrated approach to analyze how cultural differences influence leadership styles, aiming to contribute strategic insights to enhance gender inclusivity and leadership diversity within global tech environments. With a background as a UN Women UK delegate on the Commission on the Status of Women, this pursuit combines extensive professional experience with a rigorous academic framework, seeking to bridge the gap between theory and practical application in global business settings.
