Biography

Dr. Riann Singh is Tenured, Senior Lecturer at The University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad and Tobago. She has more than 10 years of teaching service in the areas of Management, Organizational Development and Behaviour, and Human Resource Management at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has successfully supervised more than 70 research students across the Caribbean at the Masters and Doctoral levels. She is a prolific researcher in her faculty, having copped the Most Outstanding Researcher Award at the UWI. Her areas of research are focused within the Organizational Sciences covering: job embeddedness and employee retention, including dysfunctional retention, different forms of workplace mistreatment and its impact on workplace toxicity and negative work outcomes.
