Abstract
The purpose of the research study is to investigate the impact of strategic learning capability on firm performance along with the role strategic entrepreneurial behavior and environmental hostility play in this relationship. To test the hypotheses, the study gathered survey data from 366 respondents from enterprises operating within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results suggest that the strategic learning capability – firm performance relationship is partially mediated by strategic entrepreneurial behavior i.e., a significant direct effect between strategic learning capability and firm performance is observed in combination with a significant indirect effect of strategic entrepreneurship behavior between these two constructs. Environmental hostility did not exhibit a significant moderating effect on this mediation relationship.
