Abstract
The paper discusses a value-maximising strategy for firms with outstanding dynamic capabilities. It argues that, under general conditions of the AI-enabled economy, the dominant strategy is to develop a specific combination of competencies and keep applying them across different product/client markets through sharing and implicit contracts (ecosystems).
The strategy aligns with the corporate philosophy of enabling more businesses and people to benefit from its success.
This research contributes to the discussion on how strategic management can foster thriving together across organisational boundaries.
