Abstract
This study examines how Talent Supply Chain Integration (TSCI) can improve e-commerce service quality and customer experience in Nigeria’s digital economy. While the sector is expanding, issues such as late deliveries, order errors, and poor customer support still erode consumer trust. To tackle talent shortages and high emigration, the research uses Cappelli’s talent supply chain framework, treating talent as a strategic resource that needs coordinated sourcing, development, and deployment among schools, company departments, and logistics partners. The TSCI model connects these efforts to key e-service quality areas, such as efficiency, fulfilment and responsiveness, to improve the customer experience. The study will use a quantitative approach to examine these links in Nigeria’s limited labour market.
