Abstract
This paper examines the need to take a closer look at end-user satisfaction with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and the resulting behaviour when using the ERP system. According to Beaudry et al. (2020), system usage itself is not an indicator of value creation. However, for an ERP system to realise its full potential as a collaborative IT system, it must be successfully implemented. These interrelationships between ERP systems and end users will be presented here, along with an approach for further research.
