Abstract
In this study, we explore the resilience of migrant entrepreneurs (MEs) and the role of innovativeness and value chain management in the relatively underexplored context of Finland. Adopting a qualitative, exploratory approach, we examine how these MEs cope with challenges and utilize support systems to secure their livelihoods and sustain their businesses. Our study involves case analysis that builds on semi-structured interviews with 20 MEs from various business types, from craft work and salon offerings to grocery stores. Through these cases, we expect to understand how these MEs overcome barriers related to market access, resource constraints, and cultural integration through market adaptation, targeted social media use, and agile value chain management.
