Abstract
This study examines the moral foundations shaping disability inclusion in Saudi Arabian workplaces. Using qualitative, interpretive methods, 25 employees were interviewed to explore how cultural, religious, and societal values influence attitudes toward people with disabilities Findings reveal that inclusion is primarily perceived as a moral duty, guided by care ethics, utilitarian reasoning, and justice-oriented principles, rather than as a legal or business obligation. The study highlights the importance of culturally tailored approaches, structural support, and rights-based strategies, emphasizing long-term commitment to meaningful and sustainable inclusion of PwD.
