Abstract
The study mainly demonstrated the Bridge Asset management framework, according to Digital Twin, where Bridges are crucial framework assets that need effective management to assure reliability, safety, and long-term performance. In this regard, Traditional bridge asset management approaches depend on periodic inspections and historical data, which might not provide real-time condition monitoring or predictive insights. In the landscape of digital technologies, current advances have launched the concept of Digital Twin (DT), a virtual representation of physical assets that integrates real-time data, simulation, and analytics. This paper mainly develops a conceptual bridge asset management framework according to the Digital Twin technology with the help of secondary research methods. However, a structured review of existing literature on digital twins, infrastructure management, and smart asset systems is conducted to address the key components, benefits, and implementation challenges. Therefore, the findings recommended that developing Digital Twin into bridge asset management has increased risk assessment, predictive maintenance and decision-making efficiency.
