Abstract
‘Passion at the centre’ is a seven-step inverted pyramid model for goal setting and goal achievement that filters down to what an individual considers to be most valuable to pursue in life. This model proposes that when individuals work on something that they are passionate about, they are more likely to have positive outcomes, achieve their goals, and feel more fulfilled and supported during the process. It is supported by multidisciplinary concepts such as the Reticular Activating System in Neuroscience, The Observer Effect in Quantum Physics, the Law of Constructive and Destructive Interference in Physics. It is based on the Energy Centres in the body in Spirituality, and is inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings.
