Abstract
Digital leadership is crucial for driving digital transformation and improving teachers’ digital skills in schools. This study examines the effect of teachers’ digital skills, attitudes, and technology use on digital transformation, while also exploring the role of digital leadership. A survey of 379 educators in Abu Dhabi charter schools found that digital skills positively affect teachers' attitudes toward technology, which in turn promotes technology use. Results show that technology use directly affects digital transformation, and both attitudes and use mediate the relationship between digital skills and school-wide change. Additionally, digital leadership moderates the relationship between use and transformation, enhancing the positive effects when leadership is strong.
