Abstract
Corporations invest significantly in leadership development while research indicates a strong demand for post-experience management education in the form of executive education. Yet there is little known about the effectiveness of executive education and whether the new knowledge and skills gained are applied and maintained in the workplace. Based on both this demand and uncertainty of efficacy the paper reflects on a pilot study that sought to begin to explore the impacts of executive education.
